I grew up in Redondo Beach. I have lived in the south bay area most of my life. My first job was a cabinet maker apprentice at Custom Cabinets in Hermosa Beach during high school.  I graduated high school in 1983 and after that  I went to work full time as a custom cabinet maker.  I went on to do other types of work a few years later.  I have done car sales, carpet and upholstery cleaning,  apt maintenance, worked for general contractors, done telemarketing, sales  and other  jobs. 

I lived in Riverside for 6 years at one time.  I went to school at Riverside City College for two years and then returned here to the beach cities. 

 Shortly After,  I went to work  for a property management company owned and run by two wealthy property owners who run CMC Investment.  My job was helping to maintain their rental properties renovating the units after the tenants would vacate so they could be re-rented quickly with as little down time as possible. Many times I helped in complete apt renovations. While doing this I learned about the responsibilities of income property owners. This was a stepping stone that  led me to go to Real Estate School at Century21amber realty.  It was convenient because the Real Estate Office was located just down the street from where I live in Torrance.  I was  trained and worked their from 2002 up until approximately 10/01/2008 

I Now work for Mattucci Real Estate located at 28631 S. Western ave Rancho Palos Verdes, Ca 90275.  Just recently 06/01/2010 Mattucci Real Estate opened a 2nd office Location at 2041 pacific Coast Hwy # B Lomita, Ca
