We first met David Le Montree in 2003 at an open house we attended, we were looking to purchase our first home but unsure how to go about it. After talking to him at length and telling him what our price range was, the things that were important to us in regards to location, school quality, safety and leisure activities, he understood and took over from there. He was always available to talk to and ask questions, he returned phone calls within an hour sometimes sooner and every weekend we had at least 3-4, sometimes more, open houses to look at as well as on line listings that he provided access to. We bought our first home within 3months after meeting David; so it only made sense that 6 years later when decided to relocate that we seek out David to help find our second home. Again he helped us list our first home through varies means to rent while he took us house hunting. We rented and bought our second home all within 2 months. We have been very satisfied with the services that David has provided in each instance and would highly recommend him.
